Dr. Javier Bustamante, M.D.

Having one of the largest practices in Bakersfield and having hired many physicians over the years, I can confidently say that Dr. Sarraf is one of the most efficient, high-quality and caring physicians I have had the pleasure to work with. In our office, his ideas and vision helped our already thriving practice and, when our children were seriously ill, he took excellent care them in the hospital. We are sorry to see him go, but are happy to see him realize his vision.
